How We Do It
The bot logs in to the carrier website, filters the pending policies for cancellation and download attachments and extracts the data using OCR technology. It launches Applied Epic, locates the policies, attaches the downloaded document, and creates an activity in Applied Epic. The RPA bots will send the notification of policy cancellation via email to the policyholder and attach a copy of the email in Epic attachments. Once all the policies are transacted and emails are sent, the bot will finally email the process summary to the stakeholders.
And that’s not it. After completing the NOC process, the bot will periodically login to the carrier websites to check whether the NOC policies have been reinstated after payment. Once the policies are active, the bot will download associated policy reinstatement documents and attach them to Epic.
