How We Do It
Eleviant’s RPA bot logs in to the Applied Epic, locates account details and extracts the policyholder information. It logs in as administrator in the CSR portal and updates the account information with the extracted data. On the other hand, if there is no existing account in the CSR portal for the policyholder, the bot creates a new account and feeds the details extracted from Applied Epic, along with the relevant account permissions. Finally, after completing the account creation process, the RPA bot sends the CSR portal login credentials to the policyholder via email.
